For all teams:

I have read the rules and regulations for the tournament and by accepting this I agree that the team and players I am registering is following the licensing rules and we aim to follow the tournaments rules throughout the tournament.

For teams that have chosen “School Accommodation”:

General Information
You will be accommodated in school classrooms where each school has designated accommodation hosts who will take care of you. Rooms are assigned based on the number of players, with a maximum of 20 players per room. Teams may share rooms with other teams from the same club, but girls’ and boys’ teams will not share rooms. Individual rooms are not available. Double mattresses are not allowed. If you have any questions or issues during the tournament, please contact the accommodation host.

Rules
● Each room must have an adult responsible due to fire safety regulations
● No smoking or alcohol on school premises
● No bouncing basketballs
● Do not leave valuables in unattended areas
● In case of any injuries, speak with the accommodation manager
● Only use the designated entrances and exits during the hours agreed upon with the accommodation hosts, usually 7:00–23:00
● Individuals or teams may be sent home from the tournament if rules are violated

Check-out
The club’s classrooms and agreed common areas must be cleaned and left in the same condition as when you arrived, including returning chairs and tables to their correct places. No mattresses may be left behind. Cleaning must be approved by the accommodation host before you are allowed to leave the school.
